Pre-arranged goals and objectives will be determined based on the specific needs of each consumer. Skilled team members will participate in identifying activities taught for each area of development. We use a team approach to support our families and professional staff, as well as to determine the needs for each individual as an integral part of his/her family group and community.

Early Intervention services are designed for children under 3 years of age who have developmental delays or disabilities.

Our Program Offers:

  • Parent Education and Training
  • Developmental Evaluations
  • Multi-Cultural and Bilingual Staff
  • Physical, Occupational and Speech/Language Consultations

Program Curriculum Includes:

·         Periodic Progress Reports (every 6 months),

Closing Reports (2 months before child’s third birthday)

or upon request by Service Coordinator

·         Goals and Objectives based upon the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)

·         Open Communication with Regional Centers and Other Agencies


Our services are provided within the child’s natural environment in the presence of /and with participation of the Parents or Guardians.

This Includes:

  • Consumer’s Own Residence
  • Baby-Sitter/Relatives’ Residences
  • Day-Care Centers
  • Public Places, such as Parks, Malls, etc



Children eligible for Early Intervention must be experiencing developmental delays in one or more of the following areas:

  • Cognitive Development
  • Gross Motor
  • Fine Motor Skills
  • Expressive & Receptive Language
  • Social Skills
  • Personal Skills

Children may also be eligible due to diagnosed physical or mental conditions (ex: Cerebral Palsy or Down Syndrome) or certain family circumstances that put them at risk or having substantial delays.
